Angry Goat's Sacrifice Hot Sauce is a seriously delicious sauce made first and foremost with fire-roasted habanero peppers. Now, fire-roasted anything is good, but fire-roasted habaneros? Double plus good! Add to that fire-roasted poblano peppers, bhut jolokia peppers (a.k.a. ghost peppers to us superstitious folk), and dried New Mexican chiles, and you're in for a treat. Now add the flavors of apple and maple syrup, without being too sweet, and you'll begin to get it:
